Dear Ian and Jill,

Thank you so much for the most excellent food and service you provided to us on our wedding day at Buckland House, Buckland Filleigh on 22nd July 2006.

The ease with which we worked together on the menus, the presentation of the food, your knowledge of the venue and help on the seating plans, the drinks’ service and help on table settings was fabulous. Your skills and experience in these areas meant that instead of being a stressful chore for us, it was not only straightforward, but provided exemplary results.

The finishing touches on the BBQ for the evening were fantastic, the best steak from a grill we’ve seen in a long time.

Everyone I have spoken to since has mentioned the quality and presentation of the food. I have also been asked by several guests to pass on their best wishes to you and the staff you used. They were extremely pleasant and willing to help, again helping make our day a success.
